For 121 years, our historic chalet has stood proudly high above Lake Thun. At 1,200 metres above sea level, you will find a true oasis of peace with an incomparable view of the majestic peaks of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

 

Our eleven ‘Alpine Flower Rooms’ are not only cosy, but also tell a piece of history. And in addition to the fantastic location and panoramic views, you can expect a very special atmosphere here.

 

Meet our sweet Bernese Mountain Dog Heidi and her little sister, the puppy Clara. The two four-legged friends ensure a warm welcome and put a smile on every guest's face.

 

We spoil you with exclusive Swiss cuisine with a traditional touch. Every morning, our host Dani surprises you with a little show at breakfast: whether it's cheese with an exciting story or sausage specialities with a historical background – every breakfast is an experience. And don't forget: Linda, our charming hostess, is always available for a friendly chat.

At FASSbinds, almost everything revolves around the FASS. Not only does everything run smoothly in culinary terms, but also in architectural terms. Tired hikers can relax in the hot bath FASS with a delicious cheese fondue.
