Important: Restaurant closed until December 29th, 2023, thanks COVID no staff. However, you can book hot tubs including food.

Greetings from the kitchen: A barrel in a barrel incl. 1 glass of sparkling wine
Appetizer: Small gourmet buffet incl. soup from the 120-year-old wooden barrel
Main course: Raclette with over 10 side dishes and potatoes from Swiss military crockery
Dessert: Surprise dessert served in a preserving jar
Midnight fire incl. sparkling wine, offered by the hotel, with a view of the beautiful starry sky and sparkling Lake Thun

01.01.2024, 10:00 a.m., gourmet breakfast with sparkling wine. Dinner will not take place as there is a big concert (free for our guests) "Touch the Mountain" in Interlaken. Restaurant will be Pizzeria Horn, "Best Italian in Switzerland", recommended by Dani.
