At the weekend - only when the weather is very nice - there is an exquisite afternoon menu on the breathtaking sun terrace.
You can linger and enjoy the beautiful sun and mountain views.
The evening menu is served in two courses.

If you have any special requests or suffer from intolerances or allergies, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to take this into consideration.

This evening is dedicated to the Swiss tradition of “A celebration with friends”
Menu:
Greetings from the kitchen: A barrel in a barrel incl. 1 glass of sparkling wine
Appetizer: Small gourmet buffet incl. soup from the 120-year-old wooden barrel
Main course: Raclette with over 10 side dishes and potatoes from Swiss military crockery
Dessert: Surprise dessert served in a preserving jar
Midnight fire incl. sparkling wine, offered by the hotel, with a view of the beautiful starry sky and sparkling Lake Thun

01.01.2026, 10:00 a.m., gourmet breakfast with sparkling wine. Dinner will not take place as there is a big concert (free for our guests) “Touch the Mountain” in Interlaken. Restaurant will be Pizzeria Horn, “Best Italian in Switzerland”, recommended by Dani.
